Precision Agriculture
Precision Agriculture is a term given to the use of a number of technologies (yield monitors, soil sensing, remote sensing, GPS, etc.) that allow farmers to acquire detailed geo-referenced information about crop performance. Information acquired through precision agriculture (PA) can then be used to tailor production of crops according to the characteristics of the farm, expectations of its performance, and desired goals in terms of both yield and quality.

Applied Geosolutions is developing technologies to deliver precision agriculture information to the farmer efficiently through web-based applications.
