AGS specializes in developing land-cover / land-use data (link to LCLUC page) and GIS analysis to support land-use planning at local and regional scales. In addition, we develop web-based systems for the effective delivery and analysis of data. Also, AGS have implemented and refined a land-use predictive model, Simulating Urban growth with Bid-rent and Neural network Tools (SUBNET model), to assist with land-use and transportation scenario planning. This work integrates with our GIS and web-mapping tools as well as our Land Use-Land Cover Change research program
